Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at 6:30 PM, Monday, June 1, 2026 at the Cornish School Library, 274 Townhouse Road, Cornish, New Hampshire concerning a request by James Liggett for a Special Exception underArticle IV (Use Regulations), Section C (General Provisions), Sub-section 22 (Regulatory Flood Plain District)and under Article VII, (Nonconforming Lots) Section C (Nonconforming Structures), Sub-section 6, and for a Variance from Article IV (Use Regulations), Section C (General Provisions), Sub-section 22 (Regulatory Flood Plain District)and under Article VII, (Nonconforming Lots) Section C (Nonconforming Structures), Sub-section 6, pertaining to the addition of an 8 foot by 31 foot porch to the existing structure which is within the Regulatory Flood Plain/Shoreland Conservation Overlay District.  

The applicant’s property is located at 30 Leavitt Hill Road, Map 16, Lot 27 in the Rural zone.
