TOWN OF CORNISH PLANNING BOARD LEGAL NOTICE
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that an application for annexation has been received by the Town of Cornish and is to be submitted to the Planning Board for completeness review. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the subdivision regulations for annexation, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will be held during the next regular meeting of the Board. Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting should contact the Selectmen’s Office, (603) 675-5611, one week prior to the scheduled date.

The R. Mt. Trust & Marilyn J. Rondos Trust propose to transfer 35.25 acres from Map 10, Lot 17, 139.28+/- acres before annexation, to abutting Map 11, Lot 8-B, 21.20+/- acres before annexation, owned by Paul R. Rondos. The resultant lots would measure 104.03+/- and 56.45 +/- acres, respectively, after annexation.
