Planning Board Application Deadlines 2026
Applications submitted to the Planning Board must first undergo a Completeness Review where the Planning Board will determine if the application is complete before moving on to the merits of the proposal. Applications must be filed at least 20 days before the meeting at which the application will be formally submitted and reviewed by the Board for completeness. The Board will hold the Completeness Review at the next regular meeting for which legal notice can be given.
Once the application is found complete, a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will be held at the next regular meeting of the Board. Regular meetings are held the third Thursday of each month.
